My name is Madison. I'm the Founder and COO at GrantMe.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you are the backbone of our lead & demand generation through search and social ads.

The role:

Manage all aspects of our paid marketing strategy including search and social. This includes overseeing the budget and day-to-day optimization of these channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Optimize
Create full digital campaigns which include completing the copywriting for our ad creatives and creating targeting for audience set up.
Define, measure, and analyze critical KPI’s for the marketing acquisition team. Create dashboards to demonstrate progress against those KPI’s and communicate effectively the results and any actions associated with those results to key stakeholders throughout GrantMe
Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the leadership team including detailed campaign performance. Identify and propose opportunities to optimize customer acquisition
Support our SEO, email campaign and referral strategies to improve our customer acquisition

We’re looking for people who:

2-4+ years in a performance marketing role at a start-up
Experience managing ad budgets upwards of 6 figures
Expert in all things Google Analytics! You have a critical understanding of the levers and tools to use in GA to help assess, define and optimize to your strategic marketing plan
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google & Youtube Ads, Advertising, Customer Acquisition, Analytics and Reporting, Growth Hacking, Cost Measurement, Google Analytics
Have high energy, a positive attitude and are passionate about helping students graduate debt-free
Are driven, self-motivated, and have a fantastic work ethic
Are results-oriented: will run through a wall to get stuff done
Have a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skills and are open to receiving feedback
Think on their feet and can problem-solve on the fly
Are masters of efficiency, are highly organized, and love using technology to get things done quickly
Are self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Bonus points if you:

Have worked in an agency or a start-up
Won (or even applied for) university or scholarships and have an understanding of some of the challenges involved
