The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead end-to-end Digital Growth Marketing Strategies and Initiatives across Paid, Earned, and Owned channels for Think Academy (www.thinkacademy.sg) – Singapore’s #1 Live Online EdTech-Powered Dual-Teacher Lessons by Math Experts.

It is part of TAL Education Group, which has over 6000 IT Specialists and over RMB2 billion worth of investment in EdTech research and innovation, covering all aspects of teaching, learning, testing, exercises, and assessment.
Search Engine Optimisation
• Research and develop keyword plans, on page and off page SEO for high content quality, keyword optimisation, and good user experience to boost organic search rankings
• Manage and optimise all SEO-related assets and platforms such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console and Google My Business
• Measure and improve key SEO metrics including organic new user traffic, bounce rates and goal conversion
• Learn and implement suitable SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and new SEO tools and best practices
Search Engine Marketing
• End-to-end set up, testing, analysis and optimisation of SEM PPC efforts to improve results and ROI
• Optimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
Social Media Marketing
• End-to-end creation, management, monitoring and improvements for paid ad campaigns towards user growth and various marketing objectives and KPIs
• Monitor and implement best practices for social media including Facebook and Instagram
• Explore and implement social media marketing channels and initiatives based on ever-evolving consumer behavior and preferences****
Requirements:
• Strong digital marketing technical knowledge and skills and proven results in user growth
• At least 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce/EdTech and fast-paced start up environment
• Results-oriented, data-driven analytical thinker and creative problem solver
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and love for testing and experiments, detailed-oriented and meticulous to strive for quality results
• Good interpersonal written and verbal communication skills to collaborate well across various functional teams, including Chinese language proficiency to work with China-based team members
