E-Scooter Operations Manager

White Fox Scooters is an innovative mobility company that is the first dock to dock e-scooter operator in the nation. We are looking for a team of motivated (and dare we say, fun) individuals to join our team as Scooter rebalancers on Oklahoma Baptist University's campus in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Position overview: The White Fox Scooter Rebalancer is responsible for helping manage and service our scooter share program. In this role, you will spend time in the field, checking all aspects of the system, rebalancing scooters to docking stations and swapping batteries. The rebalancer will work closely with White Fox’s operations team as well as other local fleet members. Being responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and efficient is a must.

Essential Duties:

· Performing routine battery charging and routine maintenance

· Analyze scooter location and diagnostics via backend software; troubleshoot issues

· Physically rebalance scooters, moving them to other docking stations

· Locate and retrieve scooters left outside of the service area or in designated no-park zones

· Track repairs and/or issues in the field

· Provide in-person support for riders as necessary

· Go the extra mile for seamless team interactions

· Be an ambassador for the White Fox Scooters brand

Requirements:

· Experience working with pedal, electric and motorized vehicles, mobility enthusiast

· Familiarity with the city and surrounding communities

· Basic computer and smartphone skills

· Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with significant accountability

· Ability to communicate frequently and solicit feedback from management to improve performance

· Requires bending, stooping, lifting up to 45 pounds

· Valid drivers license recommended but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 per hour
