Job Summary
As a C3 Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in identifying and signing new restaurant partners for our C3 by sbe virtual brands. You will identify decision-makers at key accounts, manage outbound campaigns, and work to schedule demos and meetings with them. In addition to generating new business opportunities, your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): developing long-term customer relationships, positioning C3’s virtual brands through product demos and sales collateral as a best-in-class solution, and developing and optimizing a sales pipeline while maintaining growth strategies focused on key decision makers.
We are looking for a high-performing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Our Sales Managers are a critical component of our sales organization and will fuel the next wave of company growth. Responsibilities / Duties
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets and strategic objectives within assigned territories and key accounts, by owning the end-to-send sales process
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and expand our position with existing accounts
- Work closely with senior management to establish sales goals and increase market share and revenue
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create sales collateral including case studies, white papers, and sales decks and one-sheets
- Achieve, or exceed, weekly and monthly metrics and KPIs
- Manage and help maintain data integrity in our CRM
- Use quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure effectiveness and efficiency of sales campaigns and apply a continuous improvement process
Skills/Qualifications
- 3-5+ years sales experience as a top performer in a high-growth or early-stage startup
- Have a strong desire to launch (or continue) a career in the world of restaurant partnership sales
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets, and ability to drive a sales process from plan to close
- You pride yourself on the ability to talk to anybody; you can turn any “No” into a “Yes!”
- Highly entrepreneurial, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to execute in the face of competing priorities
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes
- Ability to work individually and as a team player
- College degree (BA/BS) preferred
- Operational knowledge of the hospitality industry, and a passion for restaurants, a plus
Requirements
Work Authorization
Must be able to provide documentation that shows you are authorized to work in the United States. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
COVID-19 Precautions
This position will be based at the Corporate office, although there is flexibility to work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Personal protective equipment is always required when at the office, as well as following social distancing guidelines, and health and safety measures of hand sanitizing and cleaning procedures.
Language
Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and interpret business documents in the English language.
Travel
This position may require the ability to travel nationally, to multiple business units, as needed. Must have access to reliable transportation locally, as this position may require some time to be spent at the corporate office and at business units locally.
