- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Conduct the recruitment process
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Maintaining the office decorum
- Taking care of office inventory
- Taking updates of Employee’s daily work
- Take part in daily scrums
- New inquiry follow-ups and meeting schedules as per the CRM
- Existing client followups
- Payment follow-ups from the client
