Field Service Engineer - IT (Hardware &Networking

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Field) to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
Should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and should be able to install applications and programs,
resolve network issues, configuring O S and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
