Role:
• To own complete planning & execution of all BTL activities for the company to ensure business targets are met.

Job Description:
• Planning & implementing a monthly Event marketing calendar.
• Planning and executing all BTL activities - Banners (housing societies, malls, shopping complexes), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
• Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/agencies for execution of various promotional activities.
• Promotion at various events for branding & Lead Generation.
• Planning & executing Road Shows, Kiosks, corporate events, residential apartments, markets etc.
• Monitoring activities of competition.
• Data collection, providing lead reports to measure campaigns’ success.
• Work closely with marketing and operations team to deliver set results.
• Interaction with customers to understand their needs & share feedback with the managers in a systematic form.
• Training the promoters to execute events
• To achieve sustainable business growth through Innovative marketing campaigns, creativity, and effective execution.
• Conducting market surveys to launch new markets.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Atleast 2 years of Hands on experience in executing BTL campaigns.
• Excellent Communication & customer management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, weekly off during the weekdays.
• A Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English & local language
