The role

KNO Global is looking for a driven, adaptive and motivated business development go-getter to capture new business opportunities for a company that combines technology with social impact. You will be the first point of contact of our clients - whether they are the CEO of the biggest retail brands in the world or a C-level decision-maker in the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial mindset to help ensure we meet ambitious targets, passionate about building strong relationships, and most importantly a passion for our vision to humanise the supply chain.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate and close partnerships with the largest retail brands and manufacturing groups in the world
  • Driving new business leads and exploring new opportunities to boost our brand visibility in the market
  • Following up with sales leads, including leading introduction meetings and presentations, plus product demonstrations
  • Reaching out to potential partners and maximising existing partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations
  • Contribute towards product development with user needs feedback from clients and partners
  • Managing event and exhibition opportunities to showcase our work
  • Meeting quarterly sales targets, directly reports to our CEO
  • There is the opportunity to grow into a team leadership role

About you:

  • 2-7 years experience in sales or business development role, B2B and C-level sales experience is a plus
  • Passionate about having a positive social impact
  • Excellent track record of developing new opportunities, building and maintaining long term relationships with top-tier accounts
  • Empathetic with good social intelligence skills
  • Highly energetic and have a hustling mentality
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese is a plus
