The Role

HealthJay Account Manager (Remote)
Our dynamic Silicon-Valley telehealth start-up is searching for a fast-learning and outgoing candidate who has positive energy, superb people skills, and is proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. This is a remote (work from home) position.
The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, providing exceptional customer service, and strive to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the client and the company.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be a self-starter, resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. Work experience in senior care, healthcare, and technology is a plus as well as a human services educational background.

Job Duties
• Act as the main point of contact for many of the company’s clients
• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust
• Identify revenue opportunities for the clients and the company
• Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to client inquiries received via phone, email, and Skype
• Multi-task between various inquiries and technology systems in a fast-paced environment
• Resolve problems by investigating client issues in our back office, consulting with other departments, and/or researching a specific client’s account
• Actively listen to each client in order to gain perfect understanding of their business and individual needs while collaborating with company’s internal departments and team members to ensure satisfactory fulfillment of all customer requests
• Assist in training and presenting company products to clients and their staff
• Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments
• Identify industry trends
• Exceed expectations
• Enjoy teamwork
• Occasional travel is required
