The Basics:
Required Experience: 10+ years Software Development / Active Developer
Commitment: PT until next investment round; FT thereafter
Employment Basis: Contract / Founder agreement

Salary: Initially no compensation, £50-75k after investment round
Bonuses: 10% performance / 10% upon signing for next round
Equity: 2 - 5%

Team Wheel is a next-generation AI, and Machine Learning enhanced HR Information System. Built from the ground up to automate and advise, the Wheel provides simple, easy to access information. Using advanced AI, Robotic Process Automation and Digital Twin technology, we get deep insight into your business presented clearly.

We are looking for a VP of Engineering who is very experienced both in Frontend and Backend in the Enterprise world and a great cultural fit for the organisation we are building.
