- Attend to inbound inquiries, filter the leads and provide it to the Business Development team.
- Articulate clearly what the offering of the organization is.
- Clarify queries of customers from time to time.
- Generate leads from time to time and ensure to do outbound calls and sales development as well.
- Conduct product demos when required.
- Maintain CRM used by TrashCon to ensure its updated on a real-time basis with updated notes.
- Develop insights from the CRM tool to share it with rest of Business Development team.
- Candidate should be able to talk in Hindi and English at least. Knowledge of other regional languages also would be preferred.
- Maintain relationship with leads by constantly providing information about our organization.
