As Business Operations Manager for the DACH region you are responsible for driving our market success in the German language territory (incl. AT and CH) and following a key part of our ambitious global growth strategy. Does this sound like your next challenge? Then we are happy to get in touch with you!

How you are part of our success story:

• Management of local business operations of the territory in a highly cross-functional environment with local, regional and global teams
• Local planning and execution of our global growth strategy and initiatives
• Ownership of the regional business intelligence and business metrics
• Control and optimize the day-to-day (transactional) business operations
• Collaborate with centralized functions such as Legal, Public Policy, Marketing, PR, Product, Customer Operations to ensure maximal success of country performance
• Build, lead & develop our supply-DACH team further with a focus on Sales & Account Management
• Directly report to and work with our COO

What you need to convince us:

• 3+ years professional experience in Entrepreneurship, Operations, Marketing/Business Development or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of being successful in a rapidly growing international organization
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and hands-on mentality
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Understanding of local B2B travel and/or Real Estate industry is a big plus
• Fluent in English and proficient German skills
