Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who’s excited to jump into a fast-paced environment and help our cross-functional teams build applications and services that will redefine how patients receive Primary Care and health care benefits from their employers.

You’ll be working together with engineers, designers, and various stakeholders to build and enhance our patients’ experiences, and our patient management platform, as well as the underlying infrastructure to scale to millions of patients across the country.

Our Product Managers are excellent generalists and work on a diversity of problems across our functional areas. This role will benefit from experience solving operational problems and working closely with our membership and clinical operations teams.

Most of all, we’re looking for someone who is a collaborative team member, a thought-leader, and someone who is passionate about transforming health care.

You will:

• Ensure that problems are clearly defined, business requirements are being met, and that work is prioritized in a value-centric manner
• Work with leadership to define the KPIs and strategic direction for your area of responsibility, and be accountable for the success of your workstreams
• Drive alignment with stakeholders and your workstream to ensure that your team is iterating towards a shared set of goals and long-term vision
• Drive a team culture that thrives on innovation, iteration, and accountability to shared goals

• A seasoned Product Manager who can speak to SDLC process, process improvement, and data-driven problem solving
• Experienced in health-care workflows, systems, or data exchange
• Experienced in improving operational workflows
• Experienced in navigating vendor selection, partnership, and implementation
• Experienced in leveraging data to drive product and strategic decisions
