Increase the brand exposure and create a strong public image of the company on a global basis.
Develop and deliver clear, valued and engaging internal communication programs
Draft content, prepare and give presentations to potential clients, plan press conferences and organize promotional events
Build strong relationships with key media, content providers, associations and industry experts
Develop effective internal and external corporate communications strategies for the entire organization. Coordinate external communication for product launches, new initiatives, success stories, corporate news and events.
Organize initiatives and plan events and press conferences. Identify speaking opportunities at conferences and other events. Coordinate speakers, briefings, speeches and presentation materials.
Work with internal corporate functions and group companies to develop and deliver a wide range of internal communications programs for both confidential and public information.
Drive the communication programs around new branding, sales successes, awards and new business initiatives to all associates throughout the world (in local languages where appropriate).
Develop new story ideas, create highly engaging copy and material to support all communications programs.
Carry out regular customer and internal surveys to evaluate the success or communications activities. Measure and analyze RoI of PR and communications programs and integrate into marketing KPI reports. Research media opportunities and industry trends.
Build a database of publications, websites, speakers, industry experts, content providers, etc. Prepare crisis control strategy and develop key processes to be followed for any such event. Manage and coordinate response activities.
