What you will do:

  • Work with leading international enterprise clients, serving as strategic advisors in exciting projects using artificial intelligence at scale.
  • Plan, structure, and oversee global projects, and ensure the that effective deployment of our AI solution is aligned with our clients’ business goals (Automotive, Pharma, IT/Telecom).
  • Take ownership of client relationships, from project initiation to rapid implementation across teams across the globe, establishing best practices and use cases as industry benchmarks.
  • Proactively address client issues, facilitating solutions to drive the rapid achievement of their business goals and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric changes.
  • Utilize customer data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making within the organization.

Who you are:

  • 3 + years of proven track record managing clients, as project lead in Management Consulting, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role,
  • You are experienced with SaaS products or enterprise software,
  • You are fluent in German (Mandatory) and in English,
  • You are happy to go the extra mile and always see the bigger picture for your clients,
  • You have a passion for technology and customers.
