Homelike’s finance department is responsible for the company’s controlling, treasury, central accounting and taxation in Germany and abroad. As a Financial Analyst, you will take on special responsibility within our finance team and will have the opportunity to support business initiatives and influence the strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate is data-driven and thrives in a cross-functional environment, interacting regularly with relevant stakeholders esp. from product, tech, business intelligence, and performance marketing.

How you are part of our success story:

• Setup and development of automated and meaningful management reports
• Independent analysis and derivation of measures in case of deviations to improve performance and quality KPIs
• Advising management on the analysis and optimization of business processes
• Steering of cross-functional projects for performance management
• Use of modern BI tools for report automation and data analysis
• Support in the preparation of investor meetings
• Moderation and ownership of the process on appropriate KPIs or OKRs for the best possible performance of the company

What you need to convince us:

• Completed studies in business administration or similar
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, auditing, or consulting
• Experience in a growth-oriented, fast growing company is a big plus
• Profound analytical skills and good knowledge of financial modelling
• Experience with dashboard solutions and automation tools (e.g. UI Path) is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
• You are result-oriented, very independent and reliable
• Excellent communication skills which allow you to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization easily
