Technical co-founder

Knomad is looking for a technical co-founder who is excited about the mission of empowering star freelancer around the world to serve companies that take care of them and value their expertise.

At Knomad, we believe that people should not have to face their toughest questions alone. We also believe that people should be able to thrive while pursuing their unique interests (no more J.O.B.’s!). To create that world, we are building a knowledge marketplace where people can find trust guidance in real time and where Knomads can realize and capture the untapped value of their knowledge.

We are assembling an “A-Team” to scale Knomad’s first MVP: a matchmaking service pairing knowledge seekers with trusted experts in their networks. Initial feedback has been extremely positive and we are excited to expand this service globally.

You are a savvy front-end developer with strong technical leadership and a passion for liberating our fellow Knomads from the 9 - 5 grind, bad “bosses”, and the Industrial Machine.

Our ideal candidate is/has:

• Proven or potential team leadership
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 3+ years reviewing PRs
• managed teams (front-end, back-end, UI)
• Awesome communication skills
• Reliable executor
• Self-starting problem solver
