SYSTEMS EXPERT, GLOBAL TREASURY OPERATIONS
Purpose of the role:
The Global System expert is responsible for ensuring business continuity with support, training, and improvements for the Global Treasury Management System (TMS) globally. The role is responsible to translate new and existing business needs into sustainable system solutions. The position plays an active role in supporting the trade and cash management processes in the Global Treasury Operations and serves as a back-up of the Back-Office, Cash and Risk Management activities.
The role provides active support to the Treasury Operations Manager in the various tasks, promotes new initiatives to simplify and automate activities across the Globe. Also finds synergies to potentially improve certain process.
Main accountabilities:
- Provide system related functional assistance for the TMS to the TMS Global user community;
- Create and maintain the Global Access Management logic within the TMS and related Treasury Software
- Create and maintain the Global Static Data Logic on an ongoing basis to the changing business environment (Master data structure, currencies, commodities, interfaces, etc.)
- Create and monitor different automation processes and interfaces around the TMS (Jobs, Reports, Upload files etc.), including the automated import of market data from Bloomberg
- Serve as a global User-Helpdesk for Zone expert users and GHQ users. Translate bugs/requests from the business users to the TMS-provider
- Monitor 3rd party and AB InBev IT support in coordination with AB InBev IT competence center
- Implement and proactively participate to the definition of the TMS related improvements, TMS changes, upgrades & roll-outs. In this role the jobholder will work in close relationship with the AB InBev IT-department, the user community and the TMS-provider;
- Maintain the TMS global database: global facilities / loans / derivatives;
- Analyze, design and produce managerial treasury reports based on user requests
- Simplify and automate TMS processes in close coordination with the TMS user community
- Spread TMS best practices across the Treasury offices around the Globe leveraging the TMS knowledge to create process synergy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance or Information Technology or Specific on job experience with Treasury Operations
- Excellent Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (ideally IT2)
- Excellent Knowledge of Payment Systems (ideally SWIFT)
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) with ability to write VBA scripts (ideally knowledge of VBScript language)
- Knowledge of financial derivatives and financing operations
- Fluent in English
