Responsibilities

  • Building the digital display advertising division from the ground up (banner ads, newsletters, social media, etc.)
  • Acquiring new business and further developing our B2B client base across all company sizes (from SMB to global operating companies)
  • Generating and creating a media plan to fit each clients requirements
  • Proactively developing sales opportunities from a variety of business product categories and through media agencies
  • Drafting, conceptualizing, and pitching new sales campaigns and ideas within our growing team
  • Working with clients throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Establishing and maintaining a high volume of outreach KPIs
  • Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience. Preferably selling digital products/services, online solutions, or advertisements
  • MUST-Have: Experience in outbound B2B sales as well as in acquiring new business
  • Competitive sales nature with a desire to win
  • Able to negotiate with Corporate or Director level employees
  • Experience selling to advertising agencies, creating RFPs, and ability to monitor ad performance analytics
  • CRM Management (we use Salesforce)
  • Communicate value over price
