If so, Propques is looking for a Content Marketing Writer who is a self-starter with a passion for writing
content that makes a business impact. We need an exceptional writer who is comfortable creating content
in a variety of formats, is extremely organized and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. The

exponentially and expand internationally.
As part of the Revenue team, this person reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing and works closely
with marketing, sales and other stakeholders to brainstorm and collaborate on content marketing
initiatives.

What You’ll Do****

● Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content for every
stage of the marketing funnel.
● Develop content for long-form anchor content, such as eBooks and whitepapers.
● Own demand generation focused email programs from beginning to end – from planning,
development, and testing, to launch, reporting, and maintenance
● Work with Director of Demand Generation to build channel plans that drive business strategy and
exceed KPIs
● Develop and optimize email nurture programs; define business logic behind customization,
program prioritization, trigger logic, and frequency
● Define and manage campaign segmentation and personalization strategies
● Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations
as well as ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations
● Maintain email calendar including concept, content, testing and audience information
● Own QA process for all demand generation focused email programs
● Continually measure and optimize program performance; identify and report on relevant program
KPIs
● Partner with business development, sales, marketing operations, and other internal team members
to coordinate efforts and leverage learnings from other channels
● Track email marketing best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations for
growth
● Write a regular cadence of blog content, both for the company website and external partner sites.
Bonus points for knowledge on SEO best practices and content optimization.

● Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
● Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
● Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current
content.
● Work closely with the internal creative team to make content come to life through design.
Qualifications
Location: Lucknow
Experience: must have 2-3 years of experience and be able to show examples of your content work.
Education: must have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or
related field.
Customer-centric: you always put yourself in the customer’s shoes and leverage customer insights to
inform your thinking.
Storyteller: you can concisely, compellingly and creatively tell stories with excellent writing and editing
skills and you’re passionate about it.
Go-getter: you have a bias for action. You’re programmed to take the initiative to ask questions, learn,
and get things done. You thrive in fast-paced environments.
