What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner join our growing product team. Reporting to Perfect Wars Chief Product Officer, as Product Owner, you will gather feature requests, write user stories based on the feature requests, prioritise sprint backlogs and assist with sprint queries and user acceptance testing. You should be able to identify user needs, help a customer understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

o Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
o Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
o Experience gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
o Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives.
o Excellent detailed written and verbal communication skills.
o Excellent teamwork skills especially with people less skilled in communication. o Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams is especially important.
o Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
o Technical background with knowledge of software development, mobile / web technologies, and APIs.
o Good organizational skills
o Knowledge of the health/Social care sector would be advantageous
