PR & Marketing Associate

We are seeking a motivated canditate with exceptional communication skills, an entrepreneurial attitude and goal orientation/ drive to get things done for our young beauty & wellness company. Candidate should ideally be based in Miami or Los Angeles in the near term. Key responsibilities will include

• Social media management and community building/ audience engagement
• PR outreach, follow-ups and coordination
• Influencer outreach and coordination
• Writing and editing pitches
• Day-to-day support of internal teams on asset requests, creative needs, promotions and more.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotions.
• Support web updates by reviewing marketing content to ensure accuracy, quality assurance, and messaging consistency.
• Be the second-level escalation point for ensuring customer satisfaction for contact over social media or email
• Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly tracking and reporting of social, PR and Influencer outreach KPIs. • Assistwith account outreach and Brand Education.
