25% of bankruptcies are due to late payment, making it the most challenging pain point for small businesses. Dimpl allows small businesses to get paid on time. Thanks to us their revenues are on their bank account and they can focus on what matters : thrive and grow!

Dimpl offers invoice insurance against late payments for B2B businesses. Our platform is 100% online and incredibly simple.

As a company, supporting small businesses is more than just a business. We are willing to have a positive impact by supporting entrepreneurs in their journey making sure their biggest pain point disappears.

Dimpl started in 2018 and has raised 5,5 millions euros with tier 1 investors Elaia Partners and Idinvest Partners. We are also supported by Euler Hermes part (subsidiary of Allianz).

Mission

As Lead Sales, you will be responsible for building the sales team and converting qualified leads into customers.

Outcomes

  • Build the sales strategy in collaboration with CEO
  • Foster motivation and drive in the sales team
  • Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues.
  • Build and track relevant and reliable sales KPIs
  • Pursue both individual and team sales goals and consistently hit target
  • Work with the Growth and Business development team to identify and research relevant sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information, generate interest and bring in successful customers
  • Handle demos & closing from inbound & outbound leads
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM Hubspot
  • Identify and actively address inefficiencies: we need to leverage our tools for prospecting at speed

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in as an Account Executive (closing deals)
  • Excellent cold-calling and phone-based sales experience
  • Comprehensive sales cycle experience from prospecting to discovery to sign- on
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
  • A Team-player at heart, willing to take risks and be challenged everyday
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - our team is hard working, self-motivated and ambitious
  • Well organized and autonomous, you can multitask and prioritize your work efficiently
  • Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character, able to demonstrate high moral and ethical behavior
