3D Artist/Animator

We are Innerspace, a fast-growing VR-Simulator company empowering our customers and their employees to master essential industrial processes. We combine VR expertise, simulator strategy, and industry knowledge to build and deliver impactful and scalable VR simulation systems for operators in the pharmaceutical industry.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and tech-savvy 3D Artist/Animator (m/f/d) who wants to create high-quality VR animations and provide our customers with a unique learning experience. You will get the opportunity to shape a company that is leading a new simulation standard and work in a highly skilled and diverse team, with backgrounds in psychology, storytelling, and software development.

What you will be doing:

• Create high-quality 3D animations for characters and props to illustrate complex topics
• Create 2D UI animations and VFX/Particles
• Produce concept art and scribbled storyboards
• Occasionally create 3D models
• Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary team members

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the games or VR industry
• Experience in animation for games or VR software
• In-depth knowledge of Maya, Blender, or comparable tools
• A strong artistic and technical background
• Solid drawing skills
• A solution-oriented attitude
• EU work permit

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of game engines like Unity
• Solid modeling/texturing skills, especially for hard surface assets
• Interest and/or experience in sound design
• Experience as a concept or storyboard artist
