such as Taiwan, Philippines and Thailand.
We are looking for individuals who are driven to make the latest technologies ezsy for
consumers and businesses.
Job Scope:
Manage daily operations to ensure a smooth user experience.
Adhere to rules on compliance and finance for internal workflow.
Complete daily reconciliation activities and reporting.
Work closely with relevant departments for payment disbursement for merchants.
Onboarding of corporate entities.
Handle issues from users, merchants and foster good relationships.
Work closely with stakeholders, product team, users’ feedback to enhance user experience and product features.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal operational processes as well as merchant experience.
Be the voice for customers to provide feedback to drive improvements.
Any other operational matters.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Finance, Accounting or Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience.
Excellent accounting skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
