QA Specialist – Social Media Fintech

To successfully launch, grow and lead our company, we are hiring a QA Specialist to support our CTO in his responsibility for the company’s technology platform to support and drive its business.

*You will be responsible for supporting our in delivering high quality digital products and improving technical capabilities and effectiveness of the tech stack. *

While our company has only recently been established, an experienced digital consultancy has been engaged in the interim since Oct 2020 to carry out a solid feasibility study, along with financial modelling and product strategy incl. concept design and prototype testing carried out. Alongside these streams, a legal partner has been engaged to own all the legal workstreams incl. SEC (US). Solution architecture and vendor vetting has been going on as a simultaneous workstream and the platform (back-end and app) is currently being built to the highest standards.

As a QA specialist in our startup you will be responsible for defining test strategy, approach and execution. You will also be performing your own test activities during development and be working very close with developers and designers.

It is important you have:

• Minimum 5 years of proven record working as a QA/Test specialist
• Broad experience working with QA from small to large software projects
• Strive for the best possible solution considering the natural constraints in a startup

• Good understanding of digital startups

It’s advantageous if you have one or more of the following:

• Have understanding of programming languages such as SQL, Swift, Java, JavaScript
• Test automation experience
• Experience with back-end development
• Experience with iOS and Android development
• DevOps experience
• Working within regulated industries
