The Role

In search of a person on site (Bradenton - Florida) who has administrative and commercial skills:

ADMIN SUPPORT:

  • Monitor reoccurring administrative obligations such as Homeowner Association and liaise with respective entities onsite
  • Sort and compile documents relevant for tax declarations and other annual filings and liaise, if needed, with respective authorities onsite

COMMERCIAL SUPPORT:

  • Grow and expand company brand awareness in Florida
  • Build partnershipships (e.g. restaurants, golf courses, sport academy..)
  • Interact with Social Media influencers
  • Create & distribute engaging content in the form of e-newsletters & blog posts
  • Promote & build customer services / concierge services

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in marketing and sales
  • Experience in administration & office management
  • Background in the hospitality industry is a big plus!
  • Just do it attitude
  • Lives in Florida
