• Create, maintain and automate DevOps pipelines; Continuously improve automated build, test and deployment workflows.
• Ensure standard DevOps processes are in place to support development build across code deployment workstreams.
• Design and implement service catalog and service enablement automation, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelining, automated delivery models (blue-green, canary, etc.), tagging frameworks and best practices.
• Building software and systems to manage cloud infrastructure and applications through automation.
• Deployment, support and monitoring of new platforms and application stacks.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies and solutions to push our capabilities forward, getting ahead of our business needs, getting people incentivized to transform, innovate and continually improve.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the platform through fully automated functional and performance testing.
• Ensure deployment framework is tightly integrated across all workstreams and follows standard processes.

- SageMaker - acces
- controls, policies, instance management, sharing
- Jupiter notebooks - access controls, policies, instance management, sharing

Desired skills
• Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of prior experience in IT infrastructure, network and server engineering, data center in a high-tech environment.
• 3+ years successfully designing and implementing successful DevOps solutions on AWS.
• Must have experience deploying Sagemaker, EMR, Redshift and other AWS ML services.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Cloud Formation).
• Containers and Microservices (Kubernetes, Docker, Functions)
• Programming Language (Python, YAML).
• Design and Build CI-CD pipelines for code deployment.
• Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Infrastructure knowledge (Networking, Security, DNS)
• Container technologies (Kubernetes, Dockers)
• Should NOT be a Developer or Application Solution Architect
• Strictly be an Infrastructure support person for AWS (aka DevOps Engineer). May have a system administration / network administration background
• He will have experience in access control and policy management for at least 2 of these 3 services ( SageMaker, Jupyter Notebooks, Redshift)
• He may also have access control and policy management experience in one or more of these (Github, S3 bucket, IAM etc.)
