Roles/Responsibilities:
● Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement technical components accordingly.
● Ability to create Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
● Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role in implementations from Blueprint to Go-Live
● In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
o Unit Testing, Integration Testing
o User Support activities
o Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
o Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
o Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
o Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• SAP CRM Technical consultant with real time working experience between 7-10 years having worked in more than 2 end to end implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP CRM ABAP and expertise in CRM Web Client UI - BADI, CRM EVENTS, WEBUI. Also should have strong knowledge Core ABAP Programming developing RICEF Objects along with Object Oriented Programming in ABAP.
• Experience in Development of UI framework Enhancements and configurations.
• Good Knowledge of Performance Optimization Techniques.
• Good Understanding of Web UI MVC Architecture and CRM One order framework.
• Good understanding of Business Object Layer and Generic Interaction Layer.
• Experience in Enhancements of CRM applications using EEWB and AET.
• Experience in Creating the Components, and Navigating to the other components.
• Good Working experience in ECC and integrations between CRM and ECC
• Very strong debugging and troubleshooting skills and ability to provide resolutions quickly
NICE TO HAVE:
- Certification in Technical domain
- UI5/FIORI development experience • SAP CRM Middleware: Mapping and filtering techniques, Debugging the replication issues would be a plus • SAP CRM TPM Module – Trade Promotion Management. • UI5- HTML • TPO - Trade Promotion Optimization • TFM - Trade Funds Management • TCM - Trade Claims Management
Education: BTech/BE, MCA/MBA or equivalent
