Senior Python Developer

As a Senior Python Developer, you’ll be responsible for working with the development team and management. You’ll be responsible to set the drive for execution to make enhancements to the existing application. You’ll be responsible to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. You’ll be responsible to do code review and train the junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in Python/Django and Object-oriented programming.
• Following the coding and security best practices.
• Promote strict code testing and validation to ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Designing scalable architecture for the product.
• Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Passionate about technology and aware of the latest developments.
Good To Have
• Familiarity with web servers (Nginx), process managers (supervisor), and overall deployment process.
• Able to participate in planning, estimation, and implementation work.
• Able to adapt to company working methods and coding conventions.
• Able to produce and maintain dashboards of your work.
• Able to adopt (agile) development methodologies.

• Architecting and deploying applications for AWS and other cloud providers.

• Good knowledge on basic authentication, authorization and security technologies.

Qualifications
3+ years of IT/Product Engineering experience
Expert in python, Django, AWS, MySQL , HTML, CSS, React Js etc
Extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
Have strong presentation skills
Expertise in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Experience with Git, JIRA etc
