Reach is seeking a Director of Product Management to craft our product strategy, drive product design, and generally get the most useful things built for our users. In this role, you will gather feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, synthesize a visual and experiential vision, and be responsible for its timely and cost-effective execution. As the world emerges from the pandemic, you will be in the cultural forefront of location-independent social interaction.

This would be the perfect position for an experienced product manager with a background in consumer app design and development, looking to increase their responsibility and influence. You will have an outsized opportunity to determine goals, tools, and strategy. Management opportunities will abound as we grow.
This role is covid-remote to our HQ in downtown San Francisco, steps from the Powell St BART, but all applicants should be able to eventually spend 2-3 days/week at the office. This role will receive a salary, benefits, and equity. You will report to the CEO. No long-term remote applicants please.
Responsibilities:
Determine product strategy, drive product design, and own product delivery in partnership with our engineering team.
Synthesize user feedback into an articulate and actionable roadmap communicated effectively to engineering and marketing teams.
Manage software cycle from candidate feature list, through beta testing, and onward to user adoption.
Supervise and organize existing team of product management resources.
Contribute meaningfully to overall company vision and go-to-market approach.
Requirements:
6+ years in a consumer-focused product management role. Bonus points for experience building products for teenage females.
Knowledge of consumer app design patterns, tools, and processes, We use Figma, Jira, and Mixpanel.
Awareness of product processes and when to apply (or not apply) them. Familiarity with modern software development frameworks.
A belief in the importance of honest, meaningful social interaction to fix social media, improve mental health, and make the world a better place.
