CFO

Satgana is a global Venture Studio on a mission to launch and fund startups addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We are a globally distributed organization, supporting founders wherever they are in Europe and emerging markets.
Residence in Luxembourg is required for this role, as our venture fund is in the process of registration in the Grand Duchy.

The role of CFO will have two levels of intervention:
1) Satgana level: fund management, fund accounting, investors relations, liaising with fund administrator, law firm, government agencies, etc.
2) Portfolio level: supporting our founders in setting up and managing their finance function, support with fundraising, etc.

Note: currently, Satgana's fund has not been raised yet. Thus, the compensation is in equity (carried interest) until we reach first close of our fund, at which point a cash compensation will become effective. We target a first closing of the fund during the first half of 2021. We are open to part-time (min 50% FTE) until funding is secured.
