Senior Lead developer - Full stack - Legaltech - Paris, France

SAAS legal management platform for legal professionals, alf is an innovative collaborative tool that aims to reduce time-consuming tasks, encourage transparency and communication between teams and improve the efficiency of its users.

Alf is looking for an experienced Lead developer (Full Stack) to join and consolidate the current team - improving processes and managing projects in a legaltech - blockchain & artificial intelligence environment.

We are currently in a phase of acceleration of the activity and are looking to strengthen our team with a dynamic profile, motivated and force of proposals.

Job description :

Your main missions will be to accompany and manage the teams in the development of various technical projects - participate in the development of specific identified parts - improve the platform and its features and participate in the improvement of the user experience.

In charge of coordinating the work of the technical teams, you have managerial and technical skills to :

• Set up work processes: methodology - tree structure - documentation etc...
• Translate the company's needs into concrete technical deliverables
• Be the reference in terms of code
• Verify the actions taken by your team
• Ensure the quality of the code
• Guarantee the respect of the imposed deadlines
• Respect the allocated budget
• Implement tests / acceptance

You will work on the backend and/or frontend of the product, as well as on new APIs and third party integrations, testing and code reviews.

This position requires at least 5 years of web development experience, native development experience is appreciated but not essential.

We would consider it a bonus if: you have worked in a startup environment; you have worked for companies with a legal, regulatory or legaltech focus; you have an eye for design.

Skills required :

You master nodejs, graphql and postgres.
You have worked with a variety of API and SaaS services in the past, so you can easily handle and integrate any new third-party tool in our system.
You know how to use git, gitlab. Versioning is your friend.
You are a javascript developer and lean toward functional programming.
You can setup and work in a cloud environment and you know how to use PaaS platforms such as Heroku and AWS.

You are familiar with Agile development processes.

You are self-motivated and able to achieve development goals with a minimal supervision.
