Product Specialist

Outsight is an innovative company specialized in « real time 3D Situation Awareness ». We are developing devices allowing all types of smart machines (robots, autonomous vehicles, industrial automation systems) to understand their environment. We are developing new techniques in laser perception and real-time embedded software processing for Lidar, enabling a new level of situation awareness to smart machines and smart infrastructures.

Our solutions are unique and have been validated by emblematic clients in the US, in Europe and Asia.

Our offices are located in Paris, San Francisco and Helsinki. We are growing quickly and we are looking for best in class candidates in several fields.

Mission:

As a Product Specialist you are playing a key role in our pre-sales activity with your deep understanding of customers’ issues and you are able to provide technical knowledge of our solutions to customers.

Your main responsibilities are:

You define the project feasibility, taking into account the customers’ environment constraints.
You present demos which are specific to our clients or market segments
You are in charge of technical training for our distributors, integrators and partners.
You prepare presentations to support our commercial proposal.
If needed, you are able to specify the application layer to our customers
You write the technical part of our commercial bid.

Profile needed:

Engineering degree with proven experience working with complex solutions in a sales environment
Knowledge in robotics and 3D are essential
You are rigorous and have exceptional customer facing skills
