DOCPACE is a New Orleans based healthcare technology company that aims to change the way patients wait for their doctor's appointments. At DOCPACE, we like you to imagine flight status updates but for doctor's appointments. We use machine learning and automation to predict delays so doctors can notify patients ahead of time if their appointment will start on time or delayed. Our virtual experience automatically sends patients a link (via SMS) to enter a virtual waiting room – the link provides patients an appointment tracker and allows them to check-in from the parking lot when they have arrived – which then notifies staff they are onsite. Now patients can wait remotely and enter the appointment once the exam room is ready – eliminating the need for the waiting room and minimizing the risk of patient interaction to increase patient safety.

We are looking for a passionate B2B Sales Account Associate to support clients and colleagues throughout the entire sales and on-boarding process (finding, engaging, and securing new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals). You will be responsible for cold-call outreach to prospective clients, email correspondence, scheduling and performing product demos, managing daily activity within the sales CRM, sending out quotes and follow-up info to prospective clients, and an eagerness to support the entire team for overall success.

As a Sales Associate, you should be comfortable engaging in conversation with prospective clients and explaining the functionality and value DOCPACE has to offer. You should be excited and driven to grow our market share nationally. We are seeking a team player with a readiness to step to the plate and work with #TeamDOCPACE to accomplish success.

Responsibilities

Primary focus is lead generation for B2B sales of DOCPACE
Make cold calls daily to prospective leads, maintain communication and follow-up with said prospects
Provide email correspondence in a timely manner as it pertains to prospective and existing clients
Coordinate and schedule calls and demos with prospective leads, including updating current and future activity in sales CRM
Be able to accurately describe all product features and benefits
Provide sales material and quotes to prospective clients and be knowledgeable about pricing models
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain a high level of professionalism throughout all levels of client and colleague interactions
Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

Proficiency in English
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Strong computer skills and basic administration skills
Detail-oriented with organizational & time management skills to effectively adhere to a focused plan
Ability to problem-solve, handle fast pace and high-volume interactions (primarily via virtual meetings)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising, or business
3+ years B2B sales experience
