Core Purpose
As part of the key Leadership Team, you will execute the strategic plan for Nourish’d to ensure growth and development of the business, brand, and vision is achieved.
Ensure each business activity builds on fulfilling our purpose, delivering on brand promises, and developing a culture where people thrive allowing us all to grow alongside the reputation and success of the business.​
Develop capability, processes, systems and structure to improve predictability, efficiency and enable great outcomes across all areas of the business​.
Provide data-driven insights to the CEO to drive business decisions and implement actions to pivot and respond as necessary.
Ensure all practices, policies and processes are aligned to federal, state and industry regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements applicable.
Wingman to the CEO to bring the vision and values of the company to life in strategic and tangible ways.

Experience
Development of operational and performance processes and systems to improve key business metrics.
Experience in driving a values-based organisation through culture, performance, and efficiencies, to allow the team to do their best work.
Driving data-based insights to positively impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the operational business.
Development and management of an efficient and customer-driven tech stack.
Creating success and growth in a scale-up environment, specifically with the implementation of efficiency driving processes and procedures.
Direct line management of at least one other person.
Previous experience in an online, customer-focused e-commerce environment is preferred.
