Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer responsible for building and managing the scalable application. Your primary focus will be the development of all back end application and logic ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the user.

Responsibilities

To build the back-end scalable application independently.
Integration of data storage solutions using data formats JSON, etc.
Take ownership of modules.

Skills And Qualifications

Expert level knowledge of performance tuning, building scaleable applications from scratch
Expert level knowldge of python, Django, Vue.js, flask, postgres and/or node.js
Good understanding of NGINX, GUNICORN and deployment processes
Ability to write queries in postgres and mongodb
Good understanding algorithms, data structures.(MUST HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE)
Proficiency in node, express will be bonus
Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3, Java script
Understanding fundamental design concepts behind UI/UX
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimising output to match the specific platform
Strong understanding of MVC framework
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Must have worked in digital content space in previous role
If you have prior experience of ebook applications and/or audio applications, your profile will be preferred
Hands on experience in working in complex rich text editors
Must have seen at least 10K concurrent users in previous roles

Selection Process:

10 min telephonic interview
A task to be completed in 2-3 days time
Extensive technical interview ( 1 hour verbal + 2-4 hour coding test)
