We work all over the globe. From Spain, UK, Nigeria, Canada, Indonesia, or Nepal to Belgium.. Joining our team means you can work from anywhere, yes, the beach is allowed. Just make sure you have a stable connection and all will be well.

Even though we work remotely, we make sure to have good team dynamics. We catch up every Friday, have monthly (remote) lunches and organize all-together off-sites every quarter.
Own your domain
Since we're a small team, we all have to focus on our own domain. This will also be expected from you. Working as an Account Executive? We'll make sure you get the necessary coaching, guidance and we'll show you the ropes too! However, we still expect you to take the steering wheel and drive. You will working with our leads located in the Belgium and Dutch market, and this comes as a great opportunity but also responsibility to make it work.
The role
We're looking for someone who loves social media, technology and knows how to convince people of its importance. You should be able to actively listen, assimilate the information and propose how Willow fits within a specific context. Moreover, you should feel very comfortable calling prospects and demo'ing software in a videocall. AND closing should be your second nature, if not your first. Every Account Executive works with quota, so you should feel comfortable working with targets.
What will you do:
Reach out to potential customers by phone and email
Faciltating 30 to 45 minute video conversations with marketing qualified leads.
Demo'ing the Willow solution as tailored as possible for the person you have 'in front of you'.
Following up with prospects who you gave a demo to, and ensuring no-one fall through the cracks.
Neatly and timely tracking your deals in our CRM to allow for maximum deal transparency.
Closing deals within monthly sales cycles.
