Your role as an Intern Analyst in our Advisory team will include:

  • Support the team in origination, structuring & execution efforts across M&A, token and equity transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, including information memorandums, management presentations, marketing materials & pitchbooks
  • Assist with the construction of detailed financial models to evaluate company performance and analyze the impact of different capital / transaction structures
  • Assist with the review & design of token economics concepts, token models & whitepapers
  • Assist with the evaluating & analyzing new business opportunities and selection of new mandates
  • Assist with client coverage & process management including strategic analysis, due diligence & business / thematic research
  • Other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to commit for at least 2 months (full-time internship)
  • Based in Hong Kong or Singapore only
  • Currently pursuing a related undergraduate degree in business / economics / finance & accounting
  • Previous internship experience in investment banking (M&A, capital raising) is preferred but not required
  • Active interest in Web3
  • Proactive learner who is able to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong sense of ownership and professional drive
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creative, entrepreneurial, and able to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
