The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll be a key player in guiding customers towards impactful use cases that Squint solves, ensuring they fully adopt and integrate our innovative AR solutions into their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with Squint.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them towards effective use cases and strategies for adoption.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing solutions and support to ensure a seamless experience.
- Run on-site visits and virtual meetings to demonstrate product capabilities and assist with implementation, expecting up to 60% travel.
- Collaborate with the product design and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of the Squint experience.
- Educate and empower customers through effective communication and training on AR technology and our product features.
- Manage and prioritize multiple customer accounts and projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
