eCommerce Specialist

Job Summary

Sprout is seeking a business athlete to sprint on starting up and leading an eCommerce marketing & fulfillment capability within our flagship processing center in Statesville, NC, USA. We are looking for someone who:

• is data-driven and organized
• has excellent communication skills in the written form
• can knock out tasks in 1/3 the time that a competent person would take

Experience in online selling and digital inventory management is a plus but not a must-have. If you are savvy, eager to learn by doing, and have an interest in gaining a highly valuable eCommerce marketing skillset, this role is for you.

Day in the Life

• Re-price listed inventory with 30+ days aging
• Run 15-min daily eCommerce KPI review with teammates
• Plan agenda, schedule meeting, and set deliverables with Ops and Tech to change grading and testing SOP for laptops routed for Amazon Renewed
• Answer and clear daily queue of customer service inquiries from each eCommerce platform

Preferred Qualifications & Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience or exposure to working in a warehouse
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, a whiz at social media, and lightning fast at answering email and instant messages
• A natural planner, problem-solver, and out-of-box thinker
• Goal-oriented and dedicated to seeing deliverables through, regardless of the skill level at which you must operate
• Passionate about building measurements to drive business outcomes
