The Role

THE TEAM

The Pharmacy Operations Team sits within the Patient Success department. Healthcare is fundamentally a service industry and as a result, so much of the experience that our patients love and our pharmaceutical and health partners see positively reflected in our program outcomes is based on this essential interaction between humans and technology. Our product bridges the online and offline worlds and as a team, we sit right at that intersection - between Sempre’s technology and the patient experience. As a group, we are passionate about helping patients above all, and we focus on leveraging collaboration and continuous improvement to scale our business and best support patients in affording and accessing their medications. We strive to ensure that our patients find value in our program and love the level of support they receive from us.

THE ROLE

This is a hourly role with weekend coverage. The work-week starting on Thursday and ending on Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday are off).

You’ll work to help our patients save money by driving our engagements with pharmacies. Using our internal software tools, you will play an integral role in helping patients maximize their adherence and access to medication! In this role, you will need to be comfortable engaging with third-parties on the phone and adept at documenting those conversations — 95% of your time will be spent on the phone. You will act as the external face of our rapidly-growing organization as we engage directly with pharmacists to help patients save money.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Responsible for achieving call volume of 75+ outbound calls per day to pharmacies
  • Effective communication with pharmacy staff and internal teams
  • Identify and understand emerging patterns/issues with pharmacies
  • Collaborate well with other teams in the department
  • Comfortable on the phone - previous customer support, call center, and/or receptionist
    experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals who love
    working with people and are deeply committed to providing best in class service through
    our engagement with pharmacies

ABOUT YOU

  • Entry level position, with some work experience preferred
  • Technical computer ability
  • Ability to read and follow a script/prompt
  • Able to work remotely with minimal distractions
  • Available Thursday through Monday from 9-5 local time (may also consider slight variations to this depending on need, open to 8-4 and 10-6 for example)
  • Time management and ability to focus on similar tasks throughout the day

BONUS POINTS

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Patient or pharmacy-facing experience
  • Experience in other CRM tools
  • Healthcare experience
