About the Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you will grow and develop the SEDA Ecosystem. You will establish new relationships with leading blockchain projects and deepen existing ones, always striving to support our partner’s goals through leveraging the SEDA Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with lead generation, pipeline management, and liaising with blockchain ecosystem partners
  • Create opportunity through researching the DeFi space, keeping on top of the latest technological trends, narratives, and products
  • Build, optimize, and scale BD processes across the organization
  • Communicate SEDA’s value proposition to protocols across DeFi, RWA’s, and the interoperability space
  • Attend international crypto conferences, hackathons, and meetups to represent SEDA and expand the reach of our BD efforts

Preferred Qualifications + Skills

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships with a passion for and deep understanding of crypto
  • Strong organizational skills, ambitious goal setting, and the ability to prioritize, while ensuring no opportunities are overlooked
  • Demonstrated willingness to be hands-on and proven ability to take ownership on a variety of projects
  • Excited about all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally, engaging resources and support from different departments (engineering, marketing, community)
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in an understandable way to non-technical audiences
