Under this role, you will be working with the QuillAudits team; As a result of our industry-leading and quality assured services, we have helped 1000+ web3 projects to eliminate serious security threats and have secured $30B+ in total value locked.

We are looking for an ambitious & talented community & devrel specialist who will help us build & grow our community and elevate the company presence in the Web3 space.

What you will do:

Community Growth and Engagement:

• Spearhead the growth and nurturing of our vibrant blockchain and Web3 community.
• Engage actively with community members & developers across multiple platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and Twitter, fostering a constructive and engaging environment.
• Drive interaction through engaging content, stimulating discussions, conducting polls, and hosting Q&A sessions.

Event Management and Collaboration:

• Organize and execute a variety of community events such as AMAs, workshops, meetups, and conferences, both virtual and physical.
• Coordinate logistics, collaborate with speakers, promote events for maximum participation, and conduct post-event feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
• Partner with external entities to conduct hackathons and Capture The Flag (CTF) events, thereby promoting active community involvement and talent identification.

Onchain Marketing Tactics and Innovation:

• Research and deploy innovative onchain marketing strategies to enhance community engagement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to propose cutting-edge community engagement techniques.

Community Initiatives Leadership:

• Direct and expand community-driven initiatives including AMAs, Buidler Programme, QuillAcademy, and Decen Derby.
• Cultivate partnerships with other crypto communities, projects, and influencers for mutual growth and increased community size and engagement.

Content Creation and Distribution:

• Craft and disseminate compelling content tailored to our community, covering blog posts, social media updates, and educational materials.
• Share valuable insights, updates, and news to maintain an informed and engaged community.
• Establish a robust content syndication network for all in-house assets.

Hackathon and Event Strategy:

• Forge strategic partnerships for hosting and participating in hackathons, leveraging these platforms for brand visibility and community engagement.
• Lead the organization and execution of QuillAudits’ proprietary hackathons and CTF events, facilitating innovation and engagement within the Web3 space.

Comprehensive Community Strategy Execution:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance community growth, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Regularly review and optimize community engagement strategies based on performance metrics and community feedback.

What we are looking for:

• Passionate about the Web3 and blockchain space with a deep understanding of crypto culture.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in building and managing online communities, especially in the blockchain sector.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate community members across all channels.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in hosting online and offline events, with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage logistics.
• Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to come up with new engagement strategies and content ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with onchain tools and platforms, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to analyze data, extract community insights, and act upon them to improve community satisfaction and growth.
