Project Expedition is seeking a Supply Chain Development Associate to join our team and help us maintain/manage our relationship with tour operators. With more than 22,000 travel experiences across 700+ cities, Project Expedition has a global footprint in the world's top travel destinations. We are seeking a motivated full-time employee to join our team to drive the growth of our tour and activity inventory.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Development Associate to join our team and focus on maintaining and managing relationships with our tour operators. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in expanding our network of tour operators and ensuring high-quality offerings on our platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide timely support and assistance to tour operators regarding bookings, payments, and platform-related queries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tour operators, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration via email and phone.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date content for tour listings, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and images.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with tour operators to optimize margins and competitiveness.
The ideal candidate:
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses the ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Can deftly manage changing priorities, and successfully meet deadlines
- Has strong interpersonal and CS skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a high level of attention to detail
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is fluent in written and spoken English (Other languages desirable)

Please note that while this is a remote position, it is not suitable for digital nomads. Employees must be based in the United States and will have an allocation of time that they can work remotely in other destinations.
