Marketing Coordinator

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of PolarGrid's marketing. You'll be the person keeping our online presence sharp, managing external agencies, and making sure we show up well at the conferences and events that matter to our community.

This is a broad role at an early-stage company. You'll touch a lot of things and be expected to figure stuff out. If you like variety and want real ownership, it's a good fit.

What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with our external agencies -- keeping them on track, reviewing outputs, and holding them accountable to results
• Oversee our paid advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and work with agencies to optimize performance
• Maintain and improve our online presence across our website, social channels, and developer community platforms
• Own conference and event coordination -- identifying relevant events, managing logistics, coordinating booths or speaking opportunities, and handling follow-up
• Track marketing metrics and report on what's working
• Support content and campaign work as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally at a B2B tech or developer-tools company
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and paid digital advertising
• ⁠Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership without a lot of hand-holding
• Bonus: experience in the AI, cloud, or developer infrastructure space
