Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React, Node.js)

Summary

Design and build personal training tools that help each client feel like they are the only one.

We believe a client is best supported, motivated, and held accountable when they have a personal connection with a real human trainer. That is why one of your primary objectives will be to maximize the quality of this one-on-one relationship.

You will be one of only two engineers in this position and you will work directly with the CTO/CoFounder.

Responsibilities###

• Ideation and Design 🧠: You will research ideas to deliver more value from trainer to client. You will collaborate with individual trainers to refine ideas and propose features.
• Full Stack Development 🧑‍💻: You will use React and Node.js to build new features on a weekly basis.
• Impact Analysis 📈: On the training side you will analyze quality, satisfaction, and efficiency. On the client side, you will analyze consistency, progress, and retention. From these, you will work with your manager to determine if a feature was impactful.
