Stone Carver (full and part time roles)

Monumental Labs is looking for experienced stone carvers and finishers for our new studio in New York.

We carry out a wide range of commissions for artists and architects in marble and limestone using advanced CNC robots. Our team of artisans hand carves and finishes all the pieces after they have been milled.

Expect a diversity of work and not to pigeonholed on a narrow set of tasks. Sample pieces include portraits, figurative work, architectural elements and ornament, contemporary sculpture, and animals.

We are looking both for full-time master carvers as well as part time and hourly carvers. We are happy to accomodate artists who hope to balance their time between here and on their own work.
