Motion Designer for Social Media Ads

You love design and creativity, have a passion for social media and are really into fine dining? Then we have an amazing opportunity for you.
We want to take our social media marketing game to the next level and are looking for someone who can create winning ad creatives. We, that is Gronda - the world's largest community for chefs and dedicated home cooks. We already have 2 million chefs in our community. We provide them with a platform for inspiration, skill development, and networking. But we believe that is just the beginning. We want to continue to grow our community further and one way to do that is through outstanding social media ads. This is where you come in and will play a vital role in achieving our vision of ‘all chefs and their work in one place’.

Your responsibilities
Create 5-10 creatives every week for our social media ads, both static and video (currently, we mainly use Meta ads)
Collaborate with the content and product team to generate new ideas for ad creatives
Research best practices from other companies
Constantly test and refine your creatives, based on an excellent understanding of your target group

Your profile
Strong (graphic or motion) design background
A healthy social media addiction and experience with social media ads
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong passion for the world of fine dining as your creatives will target professional chefs and dedicated home chefs
Experience with ads for apps is a big plus
Drive to learn and grow
Fluent in English

📍 Location: Remote in the EU or in our office in Innsbruck or Barcelona
‍⏲️ Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs)
‍💵 Salary: Min. €35,000 (overpay based on skills)
‍📈 Shares: Participate in the long-term success of Gronda with our employee share program
