Your Mission

As a Sr. Account Executive, you will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for hunting and closing new business, growing our ARR, and building pipeline within defined verticals across focusing on Enterprise and MM accounts.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute directly to the ARR growth of the company
  • Hunt for new business aligned with our ICPs and company goals, and build a solid pipeline through targeted account management
  • Utilize the a data driven sales process, including Strategic Account Mapping and Target Account Management
  • Be comfortable using value-based selling techniques aligning customer needs to ROI with the product
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product, ecosystem and competitive landscape
  • Take initiative to identify and obtain the materials you need to support your sales growth
  • Own your own quota and funnel - accepting leads from marketing and BDRs, but be willing to build your funnel on your own to meet your goals
  • Bring deals from prospecting to close, quarterbacking resources internally as needed
  • Regularly and accurately report on your metrics, deals and funnel

Ideally, you:

  • Have 7+ years of experience in a direct sales role exceeding quotas, with Enterprise Account ($1M+) selling experience
  • Have proven success with complex customer sales and complex technical product sales
  • Have existing relationships in the industrial space, in such industries as agriculture, logistics & warehousing, facilities maintenance, energy, construction, etc.
  • Have experience selling data platforms and/or within the robotics/automation industry, preferred
  • Are a self starter and take initiative
  • Are a creative thinker and skilled at deal building
  • Are an excellent communicator
  • Have a technical aptitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
